BBQ Chicken Wings

I had prepared BBQ chicken wing many times in the past.
But the seasoning used would be depending on what is available in the kitchen.

So the taste would vary from time to time.
This time I decided to try a new recipe from a magazine.
This recipe used chili sauce and dry coriander which I never try before.
The rest of the seasonings were the normal light soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
The chicken wings were marinated and kept in the refrigerator overnight.
Then it was baked in oven at 200degree for 30 minutes.

There was honey taste in the chicken wing. Not sure where the honey taste came from.

Other dishes for dinner was steamed fish and ...

blanched vegetables.

Hi Cariso,

I think the sweetness might be from the chili sauce. But you might not know it is chili sauce as I only used 1 tbs.

Hi Dash,

I meant the real honey not the "walking honey". :p

Hi Food Paradise,

It was nothing compare to all the good cooks out there. But I do enjoy home cooked meals. The taste is so much different compare to outside food.
