Taiwanese Stewed Pork Rice 台式噜肉饭

I am back from long weekend.
During the weekends, I have tried out taiwanese stewed pork rice recipe.
It was a simple all-in-one dish, pork belly cube, bean curd skin and egg.
A recipe for lazy people like me.

It was too dull?
Do not worry. I have fried some green baby french bean with dried shrimp.
Was it better now?

Hi Food Paradise,
Cooking after a whole day work is tiring. So I will try to cook something simple.

I have updated the recipe.

Taiwanese stewed pork rice is always my favourite. Everytime when I go to Taiwan I would definitely try it. Their rice is more chewy than others.
