Steamed Crab

What is the advantage of having crabs at home? Cracking and peeling off the crab shells is challenging task and it might make you look clumsy. So, by having it on your own dining table, you can take your own sweet time to finish the whole crab.

This time I did not cook my usual Sweet and Sour Crab, instead I steamed the Crabs with ginger and ShaoXing Wine.

can share the steps of preparation?

No steps. Just place some ginger on the bottom of the plate and steam it. When it is ready, add a 1-2 spoon of ShaoXing wine.

But I think Sweet and Sour goes better with rice. When I cook Sweet and Sour again, I will blog it.
