So, I cooked this curry pork rib with potato and served with fried bihun.
When I called my mum and told her about my delicious curry, she commented.
"I think no one add potato in curry pork rib."
Oh ya, then suddenly I recalled.
Only have curry chicken with potato, but there is no curry pork rib with potato.
But why?

We are just used to see curry chicken with potato everywhere. So, it becomes a common dish. Anything can be used to cook so to make the dish taste good =)If curry fish with potato, then its weird..
