Last night dinner was at 8.30pm. Pretty late and rushed.
I bought some buah petai from night market as in first picture. So it was FRESH!
Cooked with some prawn in Sambal Sauce and it went well with rice.
Next time I could cook this dish only and save my time. ;)

Petai.... my hubby favourites. My gal loves it when my hubby bought the fresh petai. So she will have fun with her daddy to take out the petai. ^o^
I still have some petai at home. Dunno what to do with it yet.
Try petai fried rice...... cut the petai into slices and cook with other ingredients.... ^o^
Oh, petai fried rice. I have used it to cook petai fried bihun. Will try petai fried rice next round. Thanks for the idea.
