The carrot cake, with lots of peeled carot and chopped walnut does not taste as sweet as other cakes. My mum also stress that this recipe uses only 3 eggs, which mean less cholesterol. But don't think that it is healthy then it does not taste good. I love it! It is very moist and flavorful.

I never have a chance to make it yet. When I want to eat carot cake, all I need to do is just ask. :)
There are too many recipes to learn from my mum, but most of the time I just enjoy the eating part. :p
