Since you called me dear.....Mix 1kg meat with 5 spoons of soya sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1/2 spoon of pepper, 1/2 spoon of sugar. Cook with medium heat until the sauce become thick. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for an hour. I like to add in dry tofu and boiled egg.
edwin, I have missed out black soya source. I think 2 spoons will be enough.
