Bought a nice, big piece of 3-layered pork from the market. It was turned into penang style braised pork that night. The two other less oily dishes are blanched vege and steamed fish.
Mix 1kg meat with 5 spoons of soya sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1/2 spoon of pepper, 1/2 spoon of sugar. Cook with medium heat until the sauce become thick. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for an hour.
Where is the recipe, dear? I can not cook without proper guidelines. You know me...

I like to add in dry tofu and boiled egg.
edwin, I have missed out black soya source. I think 2 spoons will be enough.
