Penang Sytle Braised Pork

Bought a nice, big piece of 3-layered pork from the market.
It was turned into penang style braised pork that night.
The two other less oily dishes are blanched vege and steamed fish.

  2. Since you called me dear.....

    Mix 1kg meat with 5 spoons of soya sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1/2 spoon of pepper, 1/2 spoon of sugar. Cook with medium heat until the sauce become thick. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for an hour.

    I like to add in dry tofu and boiled egg.
